For years, I secretly blamed my children for the way I looked and although I loved them dearly, the flab that stayed in my midsection was really pulling me down.

I must say, the true cause of my problems stole many beautiful years from me.

I missed out on countless family activities and travels, because my weight held me back, leaving a trail of cherished moments I could never get back.
